BBQ_NQ Terms of Use

Upon booking confirmation from BBQ-NQ

Our technician will arrive to your address to clean your BBQ

The BBQ will be accessed for condition and our technician will select appropriate tools for this task

These may include, pressurised water, steam, abrasive wire, scrapers, power tools and chemicals

it is important that a water outlet, power outlet and sufficient drainage be provided to the technician

It is the customers responsibility that all surrounding items and area, are adequately covered or relocated to allow for our bbq_nq technician to clean your BBQ

Our technician can assist on area preparation advice prior to cleaning if required, otherwise bbq_nq will assume that surrounding items/area have been prepared and acceptable by customer prior to booking

Alternative *BBQ collection service is available upon request. if the customer advises that there is no adequate cleaning area/amenities at the location.

Post clean

 all customers BBQ grills will be left coated in food grade oil to protect from the elements

Cast iron grates will require *re seasoning by customer due to the cleaning process

*BBQ collection service will incur additional fees

*re seasoning service by BBQ-NQ available upon request will incur in additional fees
